Invoice Printing & Mailing Quality Assurance

Prior to printing, you can review your finalized statements, and ultimately provide final approval to proceed. Before printing, all jobs are verified for the correct file names and dates, and during the printing process, individual pieces are visually scanned for statement details, print quality, and color quality.

Our insert machines are equipped with JETVision® software, hardware, and optical components to ensure the highest level of quality control during our insertion process. JETVision® reads and interprets standard printed characters on mail pieces, and uses the information to perform integrity and quality checks on the mailing. Each mail piece includes a unique sequential number that is read, verified, and tracked within the JETVision® software, along with several security markings specific to that individual mailpiece.
