CHR and Hutchins & Wunnenberg Join to Expand Telecommunications Services in Arkansas and Surrounding States

CHR Solutions, Inc. and Hutchins & Wunnenberg, Inc. announced that CHR has acquired Hutchins & Wunnenberg, Inc. effective June 16, 2008. Hutchins & Wunnenberg is a provider of complete engineering services to the telecommunications industry based in Camden, Arkansas.

James Taylor, chairman and CEO of CHR Solutions, said: “Hutchins & Wunnenberg provide a perfect complement to CHR as it gives us additional engineering resources, especially in CAD and documentation, plus access to multiple new clients in several states. Together, we will help clients grow revenue, control costs, improve operations, manage risk, and align technology to business requirements.”

Hutchins & Wunnenberg will become part of CHR’s Telecommunications and Infrastructure organization managed by Roger Hutton, business unit president.

This is CHR’s second recent acquisition. On May 6, 2008 CHR announced that it had acquired Telecom Engineers of Missouri to expand its client base and coverage in Missouri, Illinois and Iowa.
