My team works together well. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help even when I'm new to the skill and still learning. All questions are accepted without judgement, and solutions are quickly figured out!

Nathan and I were discussing what brought me to CHR from restaurants. I told him the story of my career switch and though I was driven to make the transition and succeed, if it were another company other than CHR I may not have had the success I've experienced here. Everyone from Bob and the directors to the individual department managers were so supportive and willing to spend time with me to help me understand what it is we do here and how. It speaks to the company culture that the leadership puts as much stock in what a person is capable of as they do what they have accomplished in the past.
