Mapping & Engineering

Omnia360 provides an integrated network engineering solution to ensure data integrity across your business. Whether your operational challenges are in the physical, logical, or virtual network layers, our facilities management software & automated service activation offer the framework for engineering and automating provisioning processes in network assignment and activation.

Omnia360 integrates an engineer’s AutoCAD drawings with plant data to ensure data objects on maps are using the same data entered by other users.  By drawing map objects within AutoCAD, you are generating actual plant records within your database – eliminating double entry of records.  Work order creation and maintenance are incorporated within Omnia360.

Transform your maps into more than an image by linking graphics to network inventory.

Inventory Management

With Omnia360 you are able to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) devices. Operators can track available inventory in any number of “warehouses” (i.e., trucks), assign equipment to an account and/or address, and remove or swap out equipment at an address as needed. The system provides an easy-to-use query page that enables users to filter CPE inventory based on account, equipment model, MAC Address, serial number, terminal address, status, and warehouse. Users are able to add equipment to inventory via an easy step-by-step procedure, as well as view complete history for each piece of equipment. Inventory Management is also available via the web for remote access in the field.

Graphically represent network and associate core network equipment to your customers from site to port level, including:
