CHR is licensed by the United States Postal Service (USPS) with NCOALink® which compares addresses to the latest change of address information in the USPS database.

We certify all addresses through our postal software solution. Certified mailings receive postal discounts and reports are created of any addresses that are invalid according to postal regulation.

Additionally, CHR participates in USPS Informed Visibility. Informed Visibility® expands mailers’ ability to track individual mail pieces and provides greater mail stream visibility. We use Intelligent Mail® barcode to sort and track letters and flats.

USPS allows First-Class Mail, Periodicals, and Standard Mail flats with barcodes to participate in Informed Visibility® and PostalOne!® tracking.
