Article: Why ISPs Must Act Now to Protect Against Cyberattacks

In the November/December volume of ISE magazine, our own Jason Malmquist wrote an article about cybersecurity basics and what internet service providers (ISPs) need to know to protect themselves from cyberattacks. 

According to Jason, "... many breaches occur because of simple mistakes: a misconfiguration, a lost device, or an employee falling for a phishing or mobile phone scam." He adds, "ISPs must find a way to balance the operational needs of employees with stringent security protocols."
