Position Summary

The Activation and Conversion Specialist is a technical position responsible for data migration performed by migration software tools and/or customized migration scripts during the migration process.  Resource will be involved with client and vendor discussions when working with legacy data.  The Activation and Conversion Specialist is also responsible for providing expertise, support, and customer service to CHR Solutions clients throughout the course of a client conversion.  Responsibilities also include client satisfaction in the initial system setup, client training, and data conversion to CHR Solutions software.  The Activation and Conversion Specialist will be involved in daily interaction with client resources.

Primary Accountabilities

  1. Complete system configuration to meet client’s business requirements and perform accurate and appropriate system configuration for conversion of client data.
  2. Responsible for thorough and accurate data and system configuration validation.
  3. Provide direct customer support with professional interaction by responding to incoming requests for assistance, requests for project work package completion, prioritizing urgency of calls, researching issues, and responding to client in a timely manner. Utilize strong problem solving skills to troubleshoot conversion issues.
  4. Responsible for drafting client-specific user documentation as needed.
  5. Responsible for delivering client trainings as needed.
  6. Provide Software Activations Project Managers and System Analysts with timely and appropriate feedback on assigned work packages.
  7. Provide feedback concerning efficiencies and/or improvements in regards to assigned work packages.
  8. Engage in Data Migration activity related to Discovery, Business Impact Analysis, Mapping and Design, Data Migration and Data Migration Integrity.
  9. Create data migration plans and work packages applicable to the business and operational requirements of the client.
  10. Identify all applicable data sources required for data assessment, data cleansing, and data extract,
  11. Load data extracts utilizing ETL Tools and create/verify data element mappings.
  12. Provide data migration reporting during all phases of the implementation for data exception research, data integrity, and cross reference.
  13. Design, develop, test, and document data re-usable migration tools and data migration processes.
  14. Develop tools required for use in validation and testing data integrity during the data migration process.
  15. Produce quality code within designated timeframe which adheres to CHR Solutions software development guidelines and standards
  16. Ability to work overtime as needed.
  17. Ability to travel 20% by car and/or plane, may include weekend travel. Ability to travel internationally is required for some positions. Current valid driver’s license required.
  18. Develop and design data migration tools utilizing C# or SQL utilizing relational databases and other data storage architectures.

Education and Experience Requirements

Education:
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, or Business Administration preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
  Experience:
  • Three years of client service experience in a technical environment preferred
  • One or more years of experience in telecommunications preferred.
  • Ability to develop knowledge with SSRS and other computer database/reporting tools. Previous experience with SSRS is preferred.
  • One or more years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
  • Two or more years of software development experience.

Position Summary

This IT Services Sales Account Executive will lead the charge for generating sales and relationships throughout the Cybersecurity industry and beyond and is accountable to achieve sales quota within their territory/region. CHR is seeking to rapidly grow these services with a highly motivated and energized individual who looks forward to the challenge of helping to build and grow our business.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Achieve Order Value sales quota as defined in the Performance Pay Compensation Plan, for new Clients as the first priority.
  • Responsible for prospecting, presenting, and closing deals that provide new and profitable revenue to CHR.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives within assigned sales territory.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including qualification of opportunities, development of a sales strategy, and coordination of all sales team resources, final negotiation and closing of business.
  • New Clients:
    1. Identify and pursue target clients in the assigned territory.
    2. Identify and pursue who the target market is for CHR Cybersecurity Products.
    3. Support CHR Sales Professionals execute sales campaigns in their target accounts.

  • Pass all cross sell leads to the appropriate Solution Sales Specialist.
  • Expand service provided to existing Clients:
    1. Segment the clients from most potential to least potential to up sell.
    2. Create a contact plan to touch current clients commensurate with the potential return on investment of time.
    3. Help build and execute Account Plans for clients nominated by the Sales Professional.
    4. Escalate client complaints and issues to the appropriate support organizations who are accountable for resolution.
    5. Pass all cross-sell leads to the appropriate Solution Sales Specialist.
    6. Keep the assigned CHR Sales Professional and Regional Sales manager up to date on all activities.
  • Reporting:
    1. Keep up to date information in CHR’s systems of record.
    2. Provide timely and accurate management reports including forecasts.
    3. Leveraging partners and existing customers in territory to support sales efforts.
    4. For all sales opportunities, accurately forecast all sales opportunities by step of sale in line with the 2025 and forward Sales Funnel Reporting Standards.
  • Proposals, Prices, and Statements of Work:
    1. Develop and deliver non-binding Proposals that address:
      1. Client Pain Points
      2. CHR’s Unique Value Proposition
    2. Assist Sales Operations to draft executable Statements of Work and other agreements
    3. Presentation of Statements of Work along with the associated pricing and supporting contractual documents for client signature.
  • Travels to and attends trade shows and or meetings as requested by the management team and or portfolio leader.
  • Maintain regular face to face contact with clients and record data to feed sales metrics through CRM system.

Education & Experience

  • 4 years Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ technical sales experience in the Cybersecurity Industry.

The Telecom Engineer is responsible for Fiber to the X (FTTX) design including outside plant design, low level design, GIS layouts, and analysis while maintaining quality standards and meeting business unit goals. This position is 100% remote.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Collaborate on project production including conceptual design, drafting, splice matrix, fiber assignments, and GIS input.
  • Create high & low level designs and cost estimates for fiber access networks.
