Requesting Maintenance/Problem Reporting

CHR employs a combination of techniques, tools and highly skilled support staff that results in solid daily operations with capacity and long-term planning.

Server Monitoring/Remote Management: CHR can monitor and maintain the server/services from its data center in Houston. Many problems can be resolved remotely reducing the turnaround time for support requests.

Internet Connectivity: CHR will take responsibility for the monitoring and management of the Internet Connection. We’ll work with third-party vendors to report and resolve service issues.

Data Backup/Recovery: A data backup schedule will be established and CHR will monitor and maintain the data backup process. Restoration of Files requests via CHR ticket system.

Advice & Guidance: CHR will provide consulting services for the best and most cost effective methods for growing your infrastructure along with your business

Unlimited Support Requests/Incidents: ALL support requests for maintenance or problems are INCLUDED in the monthly service fee.

    • Second- and Third-Level client application support is NOT included, but is available at CHR discounted hourly rates.

CHR Helpdesk Support Line: Clients will receive a response within two production (2) hours of reporting or requesting service.

CHR’s Web Ticket System: Clients will have the ability to enter problem or maintenance requests via web, using the CHR Help Ticket system. Clients will receive a call back or e-mail confirmation within two (2) production hours of reporting or requesting service.

Problem Coordinator: CHR will provide a problem coordinator who can be contacted directly via phone number and/or e-mail to report or resolve issues

On-Site Support

Monthly Computer Operations Audit and Report

CHR staff will be on site within four (4) production hours on-site response of requesting service. Production hours are 8:00am CST until 5:00pm CST, and Production Days are Monday through Friday.

CHR staff will be available to work on service problems during normal production hours. Problems reported after 5:00pm will be addressed the following production day.

CHR staff is available to work service problems during off-hours (5:00pm – 8:00am, M-F), weekends or holidays at hourly rates.

Service Reporting: Monthly reports generated from the CHR Ticket Tracking System will be made available to Clients.

Our skilled technician will visit your site monthly with a comprehensive checklist to ensure your systems are operating safely and efficiently. A monthly report summarizing the results of the Audit will be created, along with recommendations to correct identified issues.

Optional Bundled Services

Internet Access: CHR can provide Internet Access to your office including Domain Name Services (DNS), firewall services, IP addressing, maintenance of the Internet connection, and VPN Services for Remote Access

E-Mail Virus Check and SPAM Filtering: CHR provides optional Virus Scanning and Spam Filtering for all inbound E-Mail from the Internet ce is delivered via a “network appliance” that is not based on software that could be susceptible to PC viruses, and is specifically hardened against exploits and attacks.

Automated Nightly Backup: Full data backup conducted nightly for each server with a 3-day rolling-window retention. Restoration of Files is within 4 Production Hours of Request. Plus Daily Monitoring of Backup Logs.
